My approach

Having started coaching in 1999, I am one of the UK's most experienced and highly qualified life, leadership and career coaches and I bring that depth of experience to the benefit of my clients. I use a very gentle approach which achieves powerful and lasting results.

In my coaching, I use the skills and techniques learned during many trainings and through coaching several hundred clients. I believe my main coaching strengths are my ability to connect warmly with people of all kinds, using intuition to help them discover their own power, and a down-to-earth approach to creating change in people's lives. As someone who loves to have fun myself, I try to ensure our coaching sessions are light and enjoyable, even when dealing with difficult challenges.

As well as running my private practice, I have a leadership coaching company, Inner Leader, which offers transformational leadership coaching to organisations. I also co-founded The Firework Coaching Company which offers a unique career transition programme both to individual clients and as a training programme to other coaches.
