One-to-one life coaching - practicalities and fees

What's the best arrangement to get the most out of your coaching?
It varies from client to client as you might expect. Experience shows that an initial intensive phase of coaching helps you get clear about what you really want from your life and work and gets the momentum going to make it happen. In most cases, two sessions a month is about right. Some clients benefit from three sessions a month for a short intensive period.

After this initial phase, you may choose to continue the three sessions or to reduce to 2 sessions each month and eventually to one, to ensure you stay on track and maintain your progress.

Your coaching can be arranged in one of two ways: by phone and email or face-to-face.

... phone and email

After many years experience, I find most clients prefer to be coached on the phone - even those who initially think they'd prefer face-to-face coaching! Coaching by phone is very convenient and means no time is lost travelling. Almost all my clients now opt for phone and email coaching, though many prefer to have their first session face to face and I'm happy to provide that if it can be arranged logistically.

After an initial consultation, a coaching schedule will be developed to fit your own individual requirements. You will call me a number of pre-arranged and mutually convenient times each month, for a series of coaching sessions. During this time, we remain in contact by email and I will respond promptly to your emails to me. If you need the occasional additional short phone call between sessions, I will always try to be available.

Details of fees are at the end of this page.

... face-to-face

Some clients choose to have face-to-face coaching and I am happy to arrange this where it's practical. Other clients wish to have just the initial session face-to-face. If you live or work within reach of London or Sussex, a face-to-face meeting can usually be arranged.

The structure, approach and fees for face-to-face coaching are the same as for telephone and email - see above.

Fees

The monthly fee for personal clients will reflect your specific needs and circumstances. It usually ranges between £200 and £300 (for personal clients). The exact figure will depend on your individual financial situation - I'm always open to discussing my fee as I recognise this figure may be difficult for some people who could benefit from coaching.

The agreed fee includes a minimum of 2 x 60 minute telephone sessions spread over the calendar month, unlimited email contact and occasional additional short calls whenever required. Fewer or more sessions a month are charged pro rata. Once agreed, there are no extra charges.

Corporate clients

I offer a different package for corporate clients - details on application.
